When
certain Rules are broken, the Administrators and Moderators will discuss your Penalty. Depending on the rule broken, you can recieve a Grounding, a Temporary Ban (Suspension), or a Permanant Ban.
To give you a little clearance on what Grounding and Banning are, here's a basic guideline:
Grounding:'Grounded' is a Usergroup that is only permitted to post in the 'Main' Section.
After breaking a Minor Rule enough times, or with enough severity, a User will be transferred to the 'Grounded' Usergroup.
It's regular span can last from three days to weeks, depending on the offense, and how many times repeated, and if it was purposely displayed.
It will normally be used as a Penalty result of violating a Minor rule, however, if a certain Major Rule's violation was mild enough, it will be reduced to a lengthy grounding.
Ban:Banning is what you know it is. When banned, a User is prevented from logging in to Bright Life for a certain period of time, depending on the offence, severity and other circumstances.
A Temporary Ban's regular span can last from a few days to a week or two, depending on the severity of the offense, times repeated and whether a rule was purposely broken.
A Permanant Ban lasts forever, the User is never able to return to Bright Life again.
It will normally be used as a Penalty result of violating a Major rule, however, if a certain Minor Rule has been purposely violated multiple times, with enough severity, it's penalty can be lengthened to a Temporary, or, in rare cases, Permanent Ban.
