GUIDE TO BRIGHT LIFE

If you're a little confused, take your time in reading up on the basics here. Don't be afraid to ask questions, either, we really don't mind, and we'll get back to you on it as quickly as possible. ;D

Guide to Earth

So, your Character lives on Earth?
It is highly suggested that newcomers on this Site start out with a Character Earth grounded- and later make a Second Character who's stationed on the Moon.
Well, I'm sure you know Earth inside-out already, so I won't go into detail about it's geography nor History, however, I will tell you that the date is around about the year 4010.
Technology is exremely advanced, and Fossil-Fuel went out at about 3012. Fashion, though, despite what you may expect, is still quite the same. There are normal dresses, tops, pants, headgear... No, the Fashion Industry has barely moved much.

There are still Wars every now and again, and there are still the last Wild parts of the word, though very few.

Transport, at once sage, was all over hovering. It was once new and fabulous, but very fuel inefficient, and so Transport was taken back to wheels and engines. Though, most things are power by Electricity.

The Moon

At the moment, The Moon is ideal for Second Characters, as Earth is good for getting your footing on. Once you're comfortable with the basics of this Site, you may create a Second Character to access The Moon.
The Moon is still a fabulous place of discovery and science, as well as dreams. Though here aren't many mysteries left on the Moon, it acts as a huge base for Scientific activities. Aerodynamics, Hydrophonics, Chemistry, you name it, it's there.
The Base was named 'Lunar Base'. Surprise, surprise.

Of course, Doctors are crucial on the Moon, though of very short supply.
All people Stationed on the moon may take occasional Vacations to Earth for a week or so, though still semi-rarely, as Shuttles are often occupied by New Recruits, Supplies and Utilities.

Space Suits are required when walking or operating on the Moon's Surface, however, the Lunar Base has air and gravity control, so employees are able to breathe, walk and dress normally inside,

Smoking is strictly Prohibited on the Moon, though that doesn't stop some people from smuggling some on board.
